THE RIGHT USE OF WORDS.

1. We  Are Not to Sin with Our Words ( Psalm 39:1) Let the words of our mouths be acceptable unto You, O Lord, our Strength and our Redeemer.

2. We Make a Right Use of Our Words if We Bridle Our Tongues ( 39:1) Since no man can tame the tongue, we ask for Your reinforcement, that this unruly member may be brought under Your redemptive control.

3. We Make a Right Use of Our Words When We Talk to the Lord ( 39:3) Help us to punctuate our day with moments when our words are wafted skyward, so we can keep tuned in on the divine communication system.

4.  When They Express Optimism (40:2) Keep us with the joy bells riging in our souls and with a song of victory upon our lips, that we may find another way of using our words rightly.

5.  When We Talk About the Lord (40:16) May we store enough thoughts of You in our minds that we will continually say :"The Lord be magnified".

6. We Are to Avoid Words of Vanity ( 41:5) Forbid that we should toy with compromising words which open the door of falling for everything and standing for nothing.

7. We Make a Right Use of Words When We Articulate Spiritual Desires (42:1) May it be noticeable in our conversation that Jesus is the King of everything in our lives.
