Crāciunul - Fericita Mamā

Crăciunul : O Mamă Fericită.
Din mulțime, o femeie a strigat:
"Fericită este mama care te-a născut și te-a alăptat!" (Luca 11:27).
Iisus a răspuns:
„Fericite urechile care aud cuvântul lui Dumnezeu,
și voința care urmează Cuvântul lui Dumnezeu”
O femeie mediteraneană, într-o lume a controlului patriarhal, presupune că demnitatea Sf. Fecioare derivă din nașterea unui fiu celebru și este binecuvântată datorită faimei fiului ei.
Iisus a declarat binecuvântarea sau demnitatea deschise oricui la fel,
femeie sau bărbat,
fertil sau steril,
mama fiicei sau mama fiului,
pentru că demnitatea depinde numai de un răspuns liber oferit lui Dumnezeu.
Și acest răspuns este la fel de posibil pentru toți...


Christmas : A Fortunate Mother.
Out of the crowd a woman shouted:
"Fortunate is the mother who gave you birth and nursed you" ( Luke 11:27).
Back to the woman Jesus replied :
" Fortunate the ears that hear the word of God,
the will that obeys the word of God"

A Mediteranian woman, in a world of patriarchal control, presumes that Mary's dignity derives from giving birth to a famous son, and is blessed becose of her son's fame.
Jesus decleared blessedness / fortune or dignity open alike to anyone,
female or male,
fertile or barren,
mother of daughter or mother of son,
because it is solely dependent on a freely given response to God.
And that response is equally possible for all...
