Duminica lui Zaheu, vameșul (Luca 19).

Paravane de fum morale.

Înțelegerea noastră poate fi împiedicată, fără să știm, de cortinele de fum morale, umbrind revelația intelectuală a lui Dumnezeu.

Iisus a spus că atunci când este luat un angajament moral, acesta aduce înțelegere în minte: „Dacă va alege cineva să facă voia lui Dumnezeu, va afla dacă învățătura Mea vine de la Dumnezeu sau dacă vorbesc de la mine ” (Ioan 7:7). .

Zaheu și-a luat un angajament moral și „mântuirea a venit în casa lui”.

Moral smoke screens. 
Our understanding can be unknowingly hindered by moral smoke screens, overshadowing the intelectual revelation of God.

Zacchaeus made a moral commitment and 'salvation came to his house".

A  student had many questions, and a priest gave him good answers.
- Are you going to follow Christ?
- No, frankly because it would mess up the way I'm living!
He realized the real issue for him was not intelectual but moral (Paul Little).
