Misiunea Apostolicā

Out of the hiding place.

“Divided tongues, as of fire appeared among them”(Acts 2:2).

The Apostles abandoned their hiding place and begin to preach openly. Peter articulated the guiding principle of the Apostolic mission: Jesus of Nazareth, a man “with deeds of power, wonders and signs” had risen, so that the “entire house of Israel would know God has made Him both Lord and Messiah”. They added up to 3000 people. These new followers were welcome into the Apostolic circle and introduced to its rites, including the practice of “fellowship… the breaking of bread and the prayers.”

Afarǎ, la lumina zilei.

„Niște limbi ca de foc s-au împărțit peste ei” (Faptele Apostolilor 2:2).

Apostolii și-au abandonat ascunzătoarea și au început să predice deschis. Petru a articulat principiul călăuzitor al misiunii apostolice: Iisus din Nazaret, un om „cu fapte puternice, minuni și semne” a înviat , pentru ca „toată casa lui Israel să știe că Dumnezeu L-a făcut Domn și Mesia”. S-au adǎugat 3000 de oameni. Acești noi adepți au fost bineveniți în cercul apostolic și introduși în ritualurile acestuia, inclusiv practica „frǎției... frângerea pâinii și rugăciunea”.
