VENIREA DUHULUI SFÎNT

LIMBAJUL

DE LA TURNUL BABEL, (Facere, 11),(AMESTECAREA LIMBILOR)(un ziggurat in Babilonia dupā potop), 
SPRE  O SINGURĀ LIMBĀ (BISERICA) la 50 de zile de la Invierea Domnului în Ierusalim (Fapte 2),
pînā astāzi, în contextul istoric al Sinodului pan-ortodox din Creta (19 Iunie  2016).

'Limbajul nostru se interpune între percepere si adevār ca un geam prāfuit sau ca o oglindā deformatā.

Limba paradisului era o oglindā perfectā: lumina unei întelegeri totale strābatea prin ea.
Astfel, Babelul a reprezentat o a doua cādere a omului, în unele privinte la fel de tristā ca si prima. Adam fusese izgonit din gradinā: oamenii erau acum alungati din singura familie a omului.
"Limbile" sunt germeni de dezbinare, în vreme ce limba e, prin natura ei, un principiu al comuniunii.
Nu existā civilizatie care sā nu aibā versiunea sa despre Babel, mitologia ei privind împrāstierea initialā a limbilor'.

My dear grandchildren, you are Australian.
The story of the Edifice complex (Genesis 11:1-9) from The Aussie Bible by Kel Richards sounds like this:
And God saw what they were up to: the city, the tower, the whole towering ego thing.
God said, "When they scheme together like this it's only the beginning of what they'll get up to. They'll stop at nothing, this lot.
Let's go and break them up into different language groups so they can't scheme together. Let them babble at each other".
That was the end of the big building scheme, and  people drifted off across the whole planet.
That's why the place is called "babble" - because that's where God put a dumper on their arrogance by giving them heaps of different lingos and scattering them across the world.
